In the center of Belgirate pleasant town overlooking Lake Maggiore, there is this period villa with an adjacent hotel both being renovated and sold with the approved project.

This property is part of the historic mansions of Belgirate with the other important lakeside villas, such as Villa Cairoli where Giuseppe Garibaldi also stayed, Villa Fontana, Villa Treves and the Villa Princess Matilde that belonged to Matilde Letizia Wilhelmina Bonaparte, daughter of Jerome, younger brother of Napoleon Bonaparte.

The new hotel complex is conformed in the form of a boutique hotel. Small but very accurate hotel facility with all the necessary comforts for a refined and demanding clientele. The welcome comes through the front door placed in the center of the overlooking arcade along Simplon Street and overlooks the Belgirate lakefront. The first sensation offered to the guest will be that of being inside a 19th-century villa, a typical architectural construction of Lake Maggiore.

Thanks to the preservation and enhancement of the architectural elements present on the ground floor of the villa, there is a living room, an intimate and familiar place gathered around the large fireplace.

To the side finds place the office where administrative functions are carried out. In the building opposite the restaurant embellished by the cellar with the vaulted ceiling, large open kitchen and the hall with tables for customers. The winter garden with the iron and glass facade is intended for breakfast, or in the evening used as a restaurant room.
