THE HISTORY

Legend has it that during a banquet at the court of the Sforza in Milan, the chef accidentally burned the dessert. Desperate, a young kitchen assistant named Toni offered a simple sweet he had made using basic ingredients: flour, butter, eggs, sugar, raisins, and candied fruit. The result? A huge success. The dessert was named "Pan di Toni"… and that’s how our beloved panettone was born!
